Ordinary Day
That's right; WE HAVE OUR FIRST SONG RECORDED AND DONE!
We are stoked for the first taste of our NEW ALBUM! We have a beautiful song penned by our high-tenor, Wallace, titled "Ordinary Day". Here's a blurb from him about the song:
"The inspiration for 'Ordinary Day' came from a short, but eye-opening conversation we had in the tour bus one morning. Monty brought to our attention there had been a mass shooting the day before. My response was 'OK', and I went back to scrolling down my timeline; barely a second thought. I finally caught myself and realized how numb I had become to that sort of news. My response worried and disappointed me. That same night, I had the song completely written." ~ Wallace
Our bass-man, Kevin, produced the whole recording (check out his website, he loves producing and recording a cappella!), from capturing our voices with a microphone to editing and mixing all of our recorded vocals together on his laptop, creating a fresh, new take on the Ball in the House sound!
